During peak times i.e. Christmas, March Break, and summer, you may be asked for a deposit to secure your reservation. The deposit is non refundable if you fail to let us know prior to 24 hours ahead of your dropoff time. In the past we have been very understanding and realize that plans change due to weather, sickness, etc. However at those peak times, we inevitably have a waiting list, so it is unfair to us, and also to those on the list, if we held your spot and you forgot to cancel.

Discounts

• Less 10% if bring own food
• Less 20% for second dog if 2 in a family in the same pen
• Please note that it is not always a good idea to put 2 dogs into the same pen, even if they get along well at home.
• We also provide day care (in and out on the same day) @ 2/3 of overnight rate
• Extra charge for extra large pen (10 feet by 6 feet) (2 pens available) $10/night
• Dogs that stay more then 3 days (and are under 85 pounds) are entitled to a complimentary bath

Please note that a 2% surcharge will be added to Visa and Mastercard payments. Debit and cash transactions are not affected by this.

Pet Safety

Someone is on the property 24/7.

Dogs are let out, and wellness check is done, at 11pm daily.

We do not accept female dogs in heat, nor dogs recovering from recent surgery. We do accept unneutered (but non aggressive) male dogs.

Please do not drop off/pick up your pet if you are sick. 

Note: If dogs are booked for a holiday (and have never been here before), it is mandatory to do a trial daycare or overnight stay, prior to the booking.
